Who we are looking for

We are looking for a qualified early childhood educator (state-certified) who is eager to become part of our supportive team. Someone who treats children with respect, is empathetic, open, and reliable – and who identifies with our values of inclusion, diversity, and sustainability.

Your tasks

  • Support and development of children in the nursery or elementary school sector

  • Participating in shaping everyday life in an open, prepared environment

  • Observation & documentation of child development

  • Collaboration within the team and with families on an equal footing

  • Participation in joint reflection and team processes

This is what you bring with you

  • State recognition as an educator or an equivalent pedagogical qualification

  • Interest in inclusive, democratic and mindful pedagogy

  • Experience or openness in dealing with children who require more support and assistance in everyday life due to special educational needs

  • Inclusion as an inner attitude – every child is welcome

  • Needs- and attachment-oriented work

  • A mindful and respectful attitude towards children, colleagues and parents

  • Enjoyment of open communication and constructive conflict resolution

  • Reflective work in the team and in one’s own actions

  • Close, supportive cooperation with families

  • Environmentally conscious behavior and interest in sustainable everyday life in the daycare center
