FAQ
Parent-run initiative means: Shaping the future together! As a parent-run initiative, we are a daycare center where families can – and are encouraged to – actively participate. Whether it's cleaning, occasional parent duties, renovations, extracurricular activities, or celebrations: Parental involvement is an integral part of our program. This fosters a genuine sense of community – built on trust, commitment, and a strong feeling of belonging.
If you are interested in a place, simply send us an email or use our contact form. We will get back to you promptly and arrange an introductory meeting. If there is still mutual interest after the meeting, we will invite you to spend a morning with us at the daycare center. This will give you a real impression of our daily routine – and we can see together if it's a good fit.
Please use our contact form to request a daycare place for your child's year group and/or to be placed on the waiting list if necessary.
Yes. We accept children from the age of 1.
In addition to the legally mandated fees, an additional parental contribution, currently €60 per month, is charged. This contribution comprises the provider's share (€30) and breakfast/afternoon snack (€30). Membership fees for the association are also payable. The current annual membership fee is €60.
Yes, at least one parent from each family must become a member of the association. Since the association runs the daycare center, its continued membership is mandatory. However, you can also become a member even if you don’t have a child (in our daycare center/of daycare age) if you would like to support the association and its mission.
That's actually encouraged. After an initial meeting, we'll arrange a day for you to visit us for a morning. This way, both sides can better assess whether the daycare center is a good fit for you.
